Cleansing Your Body: How to Do That
You may have heard about cleansing your body. But you may not know exactly how to do it. A lot of people will think of using some laxative to cleanse your bowel. Well, that may be one of the ways. But that is not all. In this article, we will talk about several ways that will help you on cleansing your body.

1 You can cleanse your body by reducing your toxin intake. Give up alcohol, caffeinated drinks, cigarettes, saturated fats and cultured sugar.

2 The second way to cleanse your body is to exercise. Exercise increases your blood circulation and if you work out enough, you can get rid of unwanted toxins. After that, you will need to replenish your body with clean water. Then your body is cleaner.

3 A big toxin builder that people don't really know about is stress. Stress makes your body to release harmful hormones to the blood. Actually, the hormones do not only do harm but they can in a lot of cases. In addition, they leave a lot of toxins in your blood. Therefore, avoid stress if you want to have your body clean.

4 Learn how to breathe correctly. Take
a deep breath using your diaphragm. It will help taking more oxygen to the cells and get rid off some toxins while you breathe out. Although this may sound very simple, not many people do know how to do it correctly. The tip is notice your belly when you breathe. The right breathing will make your belly swell and your shoulders do not move. It is as simple as that.

5 Limit your exposure to the household chemicals. Some of the agents such as detergents, strong shampoos, toothpastes and antiperspirants should be avoided.

6 Eat foods which is rich in fiber and vitamins. If possible, have raw vegetables and low sugar fruits. Avoid all the single molecule carbohydrate like white sugar or modified starch. And most importantly, drink enough water in a day.

7 Drink some herbal tea. Green tea is one example of the drink that you should take. It contains antioxidants which will help you clean your system. Make sure that you select the one without sugar. It will greatly help your cleansing process.
